I have applied for a loan through your company before and I was rejected because I still owed some of the balance on a previous payday loan. If I pay off that payday advance, do I have a chance of being accepted this time?

It is illegal for us to approve a payday advance to someone who is younger than that. Secondly, you must have a job where you make over $1200 per month that you have been at for over 6 months. This is non-negotiable, as we need some sort of assurance that our money will be returned. Thirdly, you must have a bank account, all of our payday loans are sent out via direct deposit. As long as you meet these criteria, you will not have any trouble getting the payday loan that you want.

I make over $1200 per month, but I am self-employed. Am I eligible to receive a payday loan?

Unfortunately, we cannot approve you for a payday advance if you do not have a full time job. If you own your own business and are paying yourself a wage, then you can be approved for a payday loan. If you merely work for yourself and only make the profits of your business, we cannot because that type of business is too unpredictable. You will probably be unsure of when your next payday will come, which creates a huge problem for us in the long run.

I submitted all of my information via your online application form, but I have not heard back yet. This was done over a week ago and I am starting to get worried. Is this normal for a payday advance?

No, you should have heard from one of our cash advance officers by now, so there was probably a problem with your application form. You will be able to access your form again, so double check it to make sure that all of your information is correct.
